About
Professor Timothy C. MacDonnell joined Washington and Lee in 2008. He is a clinical professor of law and director of the Black Lung Clinic. His teaching and scholarship focus on evidence and criminal law. Previously he served in various positions in the Judge Advocate General Corps, as trial counsel, Republic of Korea, and legal advisor to the Iraqi High Tribunal, Baghdad, Iraq. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Virginia.
