David Millon is the former J.B. Stombock Professor of Law at Washington and Lee University and is now an emeritus member of the faculty. A highly respected scholar in the areas of corporate law and legal history, Millon has written about some of the most pressing issues of the day, from corporate social responsibility to the Enron collapse to the law and politics of hostile takeover regulation.
